As we take the first steps into the New Year, we are grateful for what has been, and we are excited for what’s ahead.
The challenges of the past year didn’t stop God from moving mightily in our midst.
This week I received a call from one of our young ladies at Vida’s Ark. She called to share the good news of her getting her own apartment. Through tears, she talked about the ups and downs along the way, and the moments she broke through the hopelessness to reach for a new future. We talked about how often times the hardships become the catalysts to soaring higher. Refinement in the fires of hardship and determination in the face of adversities, helped forge a new path for this young lady and she can now face the challenges with gratitude.
We believe that as we enter into this new year, God wants to continue to deepen the roots of resolve and character in our young people and give them wings to reach beyond the circumstances that bind them. What if the very things that tether our youth, can actually become the catalyst in reaching for the sky?
“The Sky’s the Limit” will be our theme for 2022. We are grateful you are a part of this journey and we are excited to watch the stories unfold as we fix our eyes upward!
